Founded by Alejandra Paredones, APX Legal Services is shaped by a background that goes beyond traditional paralegal training. Alejandra spent over a decade as CEO of BSI Capital Group, leading the company through complex, multi-country business transactions and mergers & acquisitions. That executive experience gives APX Legal Services clients a paralegal who understands deal complexity, documentation demands, and regulatory pressure firsthand — not just from the outside.
Today, APX Legal Services applies that same precision to focused paralegal work in business law, bankruptcy, family law, immigration, and litigation support — all performed under attorney supervision when required by law.
APX Legal Services currently supports a solo family law and bankruptcy attorney and a transactional law firm, handling case management, document preparation, and administrative workflows under attorney supervision.
